As he is swimming around his head keeps twitching side to side. I don't think its uncontrollable, because he stopped doing it to eat. please help, its scaring me D:

He's a paradise fish, similar to siamese fighting fish. His name is admiral gilbert. He has had plenty to eat, the water is clean and de-chlorinated, room temperature, but its really freaky.
