What is my extrnal IP adress for webserving

when someone sees me on gnutella and i have a

Linksys Cable/DSL Router/Firewall and my external ip adress is

12.225.177.178

and my internal ip adress is

192.168.1.101 Gnutella Port 6346

then what is my external gnutella ip adress since my firewall appears to block incoming traffic on port 80 i wanted to setup a webserver on a different port other then port 80 like 6346 or 6347 but i know other people can download files from me and gnutella uses a HTTP/1.0 Proxy so how do i put a webpage on my machine and see it from the outside looking in


Help here is gladly needed!!!!!
 
WEBSERVER ON PORT 6347 HOW DO I SEE IT ON OUTSIDE



internal net ip is 192.168.1.101:6347

external net ip for router is 12.225.177.178

but 12.225.177.178:6347 does not work like you would think or am i doing something wrong here
