N Nighthawk0973 New member Sep 5, 2011 #2 The Microsoft .Net framework lets you run programs made in Microsoft Visual Studio, if my memory serves me correctly. I've never actually heard of .Net framework 11 but whatever. It must be the newest version (being the year 2011 and all XD)
