I am a student of engineering, majoring in Electronics and Communications in Egypt.
I'm in my 2nd year of engineering, I wanted to earn a Master's Degree outside of Egypt.
I want to know what exactly is the Master's Degree's program because I have heard opposite opinion/facts. Like what would I be doing exactly and are there any introductory program for it or not?
Also, I would like to know the costs of it in USA and Canada and recommended institutes or universities, it doesn't have to be a top class Uni. because that will reflect on the money, but it has to be good and help me in my studies.
Also, usually Master's Degree's deadlines are in december, in order to start in the following september. I wouldn't have had my mid years, because my mid years exams are in January and final exams are in June. Is that ok? I mean in the application process, do they put that in mind?
I have to start early in order to get accepted early so that I do not be forcefully joining the national military service and get stuck there.
