I've been considering different careers and one job that is interesting to me is teaching history. History is one of my passions, so I feel that if I was to become a history teacher, that I would teach with passion and that I would really try to teach the students, I mean, history isn't just names and dates. That's the most intriguing part to me. The fact that history has lots of fun facts and interesting details. However, there are cons to becoming a teacher. You know, teachers don't get paid more than 40,000 at most (so I hear), and that there are quite a bit of meetings teachers have to attend, there's a lot of planning that goes into it, and I'm sure there's others.
So if you're a history teacher, any teacher, or just a person who thinks they can answer my question please do! What is it like to be a history teacher? Is it stressful, fun, etc.? Tell me as many details as you can....please!
