I have been dieting and exercising 5 days a week for almost a month now and i have seen little to no results. I lost 5 lbs and when i weighed again i had gained 1 back. I have not been drinking any sodas i only have 1 potion of a sweet food a week (such as 1 measured cup of ice cream) as a treat at the end of the week.
Someone told me the first month of dieting you will not see hardly any results and then all of a sudden it will start shedding really quick, like 2-3 lbs a week sometimes.
Is this true? I have an appointment with my doctor on the 9th to discuss dieting but i want to get some ideas.
is there a rule that you maybe follow?
In a years time i would like to loose 85 lbs and I would like to loose atleast 30-40 by the end of august.
