Sometimes my mom see's dancing lights in her eyes, she is much older than I am.
However I am also experiencing these little cells in my eyes which sometimes I see sparkles, plus I have recently been sensitive to hard colours, when I look at them for a long time then look away.. the image will carry on,still staying in my vision. If I stare at the computer or tv screen too long I also get this. Also I get headaches if im on the computer/tv for a long time
