What is it called when people advertise on the tv how big homes are cheap but you

have to fix them up? like the homes are really pretty and stuff on the outside but you have to fix it up and stuff but they're like 3/400 dollars or something??something about foreclosure i'm not sure but like do you have the website i can go to to see where houses are really big but they;re like around that price?NOT TO RENT BUT TO BUY
 
It's called SCAM. There's no such thing as a $400 home. Usually foreclosed homes are NOT pretty on the outside, either. And it's never worth it to buy one. They're laced with meth.
