What is involved in being the owner of a chat room?

Looked into this for a while worst I found was the monitoring of the rooms and forums I had not doing it no more tho it is hard work trying to get good cheap or free advertising that will work

Have a look at this one which is what I was using it is good software although I cannot remember who I downloaded and got it onto my server
