What is healthier: a Nalgene or Sigg Bottle?

Nalgene (heavy duty plastic (?) ) v. Sigg (Aluminum Bottle).
I heard that there is/could be toxins in the plastic of the Nalgene Bottle - could the same be said for the Sigg?
Which would you recommend?
