what is good armour and weapon for me on runescape?

i am combat level 90 in runescape and i have almost 2.1m to spend on armour and weapons i have done monkey madness and heroes so i can use d scim and d b axe. i was thinking about guthans platebody, dharoks platelegs, berserker helm, dragon boots, obsidian cape, glory amulet, rune defender and dragon scimitar is that good?
