what is going on?

my boyfriend was home invaded about a month ago and he was kicked in the abdomen and back area several times. he is very swollen on his left/back and his stomach is very bloated. He is abnormally drinking and he is excessively urinating. He has also started to get alot of moles on his back stomach and arms. Im really worried. He is also showing muscle loss so it looks like he has lost weight. he also cramps up in his legs and hands. please if anyone knows what i should do please let me know.

freebird: Has he been checked by a doctor after being attacked? He could have internal injuries that need to be addressed. The drinking and urinating issues sound like diabetes but that wouldn't have happened because he was attacked. Get him to the doctor so they can examine him and do some xrays and scans to see what's going on in there.
