well it depends do you like 2 stop with brakes or not because freewheel has to do with the sprocket on the back rim and with freewheel you can pedal forward and also backwards as well but your not actually moving backwards the crank will jus be able 2 spin freely backwards and you just pedal forward to move
and with free coaster you can pedal forward but instead of spinning freely when you pedal backwards the bike will stop it is like a built in emergency brake 4 your bike it takes a while to get used 2 riding this kind but it is helpfull if your bike does'nt have brakes but if it does then get a freewheel they dont stop when you accidentaly step backwards on the pedals
