i have googled to no luck! I have found rude complaints about it and am very worried. I have a router that was $100.00 and is not compatible with my computer/laptop so i need to return it or exchange it. it did not have the celopane wrap on it and if i put everything back in the box they would probably never know that i opened it, but i really need to get a different one. so if you know where i can find their policy that would be great! i dont have the reciept anymore, i've only had it for 2 weeks.
