I'm writing a paper for university that has to do with economic advancement based on state policies and effort and the difference between them. Advancement by state policies is pretty self explanatory, however, advancement by effort is giving me some trouble. i believe it is essentially about how the will of the people and their desire to work hard to come out of a recession affects economic advancement. this seems to be quite a broad topic so I'm just wondering if anyone had any more information on the subject or if anyone can set me in the right direction in terms of the actual definition of the term. any help would be appreciated. by the way, I'm not asking this to get someone to basically write the paper for me, i just want to get as much information as i possibly can on the subject. thanks.
