What is easy to cook for the freezer apart from spag bol sauce and cottage pie?

Try a good robust curry, like a chicken vindaloo or a madras.

These are spicy Indian dishes and wont lose their flavour by freezing. I'm British, but I cook these dishes quite a lot and then freeze them.
 
I want to cook some food to store in the freezer but some stuff loses its taste after being frozen - any recipe ideas would be good. Thanks.
