what is draining my battery on my 1996 dodge neon?

Are you sure the alternator you got isn't faulty? Other than that it sounds like a ground fault. Which means, one of the dozen or so grounds on the car isn't grounding right. Good luck with that.
 
i have replaced starter, alternator , belts ,battery,and battery cables and my car is still draining my battery i dont know what it could be. my car will start but only for about15 minutes then it cuts off, and will only start with a jump i know that it has to be something electrical where do i start?
