what is cost of publication of 300 Magazines?

I am a student of MBA in Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. I want to publish a magazine in which all details of MBA department is given, Articles from the faculty and the senior students who got placed in good companies. I want also to publish advertisment in the magzine so i collect the fund for publishing the books. The books was given free of cost to the student who came for GD & interview in my college at the month of July. Now i want to know what is cost of publication of 300 books in A4 size of good quality (50 pages approx) and also give me some suggestions to make the magzines effective
