What is concord and discord in art?

I'vee been lucky enough to see a few pieces of concord in Art
when I traveled round the studios as an Artist

For me it is that elusive quality called style or technique

I wouldn't say that Art has a lot of discord in it but most of thew stuff around doesn't seem to me to hit the mark
