What is comparatively easier to become: Nuclear Engineer in Medicine or

Cardiac Surgeon? Hi, I know both occupations are really difficult and one must be dedicated to be successful in these fields but i want to know what takes relatively lesser time and what is more rewarding.

I think nuclear engineer is easy to become and Cardiac Surgeon is really hard working and need great experience and time .
