When i start my jeep cold it makes a loud squeaking that sounds like the belt. It does this until the jeep warms up. The problem seems to be worse the colder the weather gets. I have checked the pulleys and belt and all seem fine. The belt and pulleys are no more than 6 months old and the water pump is a little under 2 years old. This is a 1999 Wrangler Sport with the 4.0L
