K kudos New member Oct 26, 2010 #1 what is causing the pain in the middle of my chest, which goes to my back. I have had it a few times before but ignored it. I tend to lie down on my bed when i'm on my laptop, so perhaps my posture is the cause. Also it feels like indigestion.
