...on it? Every once in awhile when I step on my foot I will get a shooting pain in my foot or ankle. Then where that shooting pain happened will be sore and tender to the touch for a few days and then go away. Sometimes the pain that lasts is so bad that it causes me to limp. I am not rolling or twisting my ankle/foot or stepping wrong. It will just be from normal walking. I can't say how often this happens because I haven't noticed a pattern. I exercise daily and I am not overweight. I am generally healthy. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be or why it happens?
What is causing sharp pains in foot and ankle that last a few days after just stepping..
