I have a 95' Chevy with a fuel injected 350 TBI. I am getting pitiful gas mileage for a regular cab pickup with a short box and a manual tranny. Currently I am getting about 10mpg. I have looked at the fuel injectors while the truck is warm and idling, and it is very obvious that it is pumping in WAY too much fuel. There is also a noxious unburnt fuel smell. What could be causing my truck to run rich like this? Could it be the coolant temp sensor or an oxygen sensor?
