What is buffet takeout?

I'm craving chinese buffet, but don't have time to sit there and eat. I found a resteraunt near me that advertises this on their website:

"Too busy to stay? Try our Take-Out buffet
Take-out Lunch- $8.50
Take-out Dinner - $9.50
(Includes one container and one soup or a pop during regular buffet hours.)"

So, is that what I think it is? They give you a soup and a container, which you fill up, for 8.50 then leave with it?

I don't want to look like an idiot and go in and say "I'll have your buffet takeout" and have it mean something completely different than what I think... I've never heard of buffet takeout before.
