What is better? The ab rocket or the ab lounge 2?

I want to get an ab rocket or an ab lounge 2. i want to know which one is better for working ALL parts of my core not just thr middle but thr upper lower and sides. You must have had experience to review. I am 160 pounds and 5 foot 6. what woulf be best? Which works the best?
