what is better t-mobile or sprint?

my contract with t-mobile is fixing to be over, i got the my faves family plan with 800 anytime minutes and 400 messages for each phone and i am paying 95 a month, i was planning in getting a data plan and now sprint has the any mobile anytime with unlimited text and data for 129 a months plus tax, i never had any problem with t-mobile so now i am not sure if i should switch to sprint for that plan, what do you think? should i switch to sprint? is it better than t-mobile? i could add data to my plan in t-mobile for $25 a month per phone so it would end up being the same as if a switch to sprint so I don't know what to do. Thanks for your help
