I work in Covent Garden in London and currently walk from Holborn station instead of changing for one stop. This is reportedly a 10minute walk but I walk fast and probably do it in about 6-8 max.
I am wondering if I would get more exercise from climbing the 193 (I think) stairs at Covent Garden station each morning than my current walk.
I would walk to Holborn in the evenings.
