what is better abortions, laws to control the human population, or more wars?

abortions

or have the government pass laws to control human populations


or more wars
laws to control human population as in couples can only have said number of kids before they have to stop

or laws that say females can only have said number of children per said amount of time
 
Well all of those are wrong, but especially abortions. We need to give those innocent babies a chance! Sometimes wars are necessary to help people, but we shouldn't go around wanting to make war on people.
