sodium acetate powder? Well i think that the powder would be easier to mix with the boiling water. But would putting crystals in the boiling water and letting it melt from the heat into the boiling water work too? And also it said to make the hot ice sculptures that you have to put a sodium acetate crystal on a tray then pour the hot ice liquid on it and it will freeze upon hitting the crystal and freeze as you pour more. Would it work if you put sodium acetate powder at the bottom instead of crystals?
