Hi,
I'm a hockey player (only play once or twice a week) and I wanna lose some extra weight, I'm 6'2'' 220lbs. I feel like I need to bring it down to 195lbs if I want to play backup goalie. I want to get a machine and I'm considering one of these; elliptical, bike and step master.
Which one would you recommend?
Or would you recommend another machine? (other than a treadmill).
