What is berkely a good college for?

i want to do something in the medical field. like maybe a psychologist, or medical researcher, or heart surgeon. the furthest i would ever go from being a doctor is to be a forensic scientist(and ive heard that still takes an extensive knowledge of medicine). would Berkely be a good college for me?
also if your answer is no could you put what would be a good college for me
