What is are these dry, flaky(ish), red patches on my penis..?

maybe it's just from friction and irritation from what you are wearing? my boyfriend's penis gets irritated in the humidity and from working out!! give it a break maybe :)

Recently getting more noticeable and spreading?
It looks to be irritated even more after sex or masturbation

I have only one sex partner, and she is the only one I have ever done it with, and have never encountered this problem for the last 2 years of having sex with her.
