...question within this one.? What is a good website or book for good stretching routines to make it so I can do really high kicks and all of that good stuff? I know a lot of stretches already, but I feel like I need more stretches to hit my goal.

For the martial art - Could you list a book or website that shows a lot of techniques, stances, and the rest please?

If I had someone to spar with everyday I would love it, but I don't have that advantage.
I am telling you I live out in the middle of nowhere. Did I ever say I didn't have friends? I only said I couldn't spar everyday. You are dumb my friend. Lol.

Thanks, though. By the experience mentioned, you should be a well rounded fighter - unlike me. Lol. My fighting style is strange. Hapkido karate and like a slight bit of krav maga. I mean verrryyyy little.
