I have just received the results of a ct scan and it shows 'severe bilateral facet joint arthropathy' what does this mean: dizzy:

It appears you have two questions - anterolisthesis and arthropathy
(1) In anterolisthesis, the upper vertebrae is positioned abnormally compared to the vertebrae below it.
(2) Arthropathy just means joint disease but does not specify the type of joint disease.

the exact reading goes - at L4/5 there is moderate disc narrowing and 10mm anterolisthesis of L4 on L5 and this is associated with severe bilateral facet joint arthropathy at this level.

The findings you have should be considered in conjunction with whatever symptoms you are having. What led you to seeing the doctor and getting a CT scan?

Pain across my back which compromised my walking ability. Problems with my feet eg dystonia and nurabness in toes. I've had these problems for several years and have always been told that it was part of my Parkinsons desease but now I am wondering if this is correct and that the problem is in my back and not a symtom of parkinsons

Have you had a consultation with an orthopedic spine surgeon and/ or neurosurgeon? If you were to get an MRI and see an OSS or NS perhaps they can help doiscern if the pain is related to Parkinson's or is a totally separate issue. It can be tough to discern when other conditions are present so I understand your concern and confusion.
