I am looking for CRM system that is more geared toward customer service. Most of the ones I've seen are focusing on Sales/Leads. I need one where users can login, see a queue of people who need help and any user can go and pick a customer, and start helping them. Also customer requests should be able to automatically get entered into the system when they email and/or fill out some sort of form/application...
Preferably something that has a free version or free trial so we can test it out first.
