I need an illness/disease/disorder/whatever that can make someone collapse and have to go to the hospital. It needs to be potentially fatal and take a long time to take effect or show little to no symptoms until it hits. If it takes a long time to show up, it can have all the symptoms as long as they're not easily associated with the illness. I need it to hit hard when it comes around though. Something rare would be okay too. And a girl has to be able to have it.
