One of my favorite artists alive during the Victorian era was William Powell Frith R.A (Born 1819 Died 1909). He painted "The Pet Fawn", ca. 1860. There's also "Ophelia: by John Everett Millais (1852), "The Thankful Poor" by Henry Ossawa Tanner (1894), Eugene Delacroix's "Death of Sardanapalus," "Le Dejeuner sur l'Herbe by Edouard Manet (1863), Hean-August-Dominique Ingres' "Grand Odalisque" (early)... hope one of these helps.
