long story short is that i am 14, very scared.... i need birth control to get my period straitened out and to make it go away (whatever kind makes it lighter and or go away for most of the year) so i don't get anemic and vomit everywhere! so my mom has been dreading me going to the doctor for this because she know they are gonna get me BC... the time has come! but she says that the doctor HAS to give me a pap smear and a vaginal exam to get it, why i have no idea, but even if it isn't mandatory she is making mem do it anyway so i feel embarrassed or something! (jk she really wants me to get checked out).
