What is a social sport?

Ok so for a school assignment i need to write one hundred words on what a social sport is.... i need links or any information you may know about it and some examples of it.. Thankkssss :)
 
Sports like indoor cricket, indoor soccer etc. Where you make teams and leagues with other people with like interests and keep fit at the same time.
