What is a reasonable price for a distributor replacement on a 1991 Honda Accord?

We are stranded in a town where the only guy who can look at our car is apparently a little dodgy. He is saying it's the distributor that need replacing at a cost of $400 (CD) plus $200 for labor...does this sound reasonable?
