Ok, so I'm in the process of buying my first car.
I'm looking at a car, a 1993 honda civic DX.
It's a private dealer, he says it has about 99,xxx miles, is black, coupe, new timing belt, oil changed ever 3,000 miles, and overall has treated him well. We haven't talked price yet, just discussing the car. What is a reasonable offer I could make or accept?
PLEASE DO A LITTLE RESEARCH, I WILL BE, SO IF YOUR ANSWERING DON'T JUST MAKING IT OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD OR A PERSONAL OPINION.
I'm thinking high 2,000s low 3,000s...Thanks, in advance, for responding.

1.5-3k depending on condition the miles really cant be considered in a honda for they run forever but 90k isnt that high thats the break in point for honda motors lol.

I would say 1500-2500. 99k is NOTHING for a honda. I have a 04 Element with 99k lol. Then again i also have a 91 Accord with 230k That still runs absolutely perfect. If its been well maintained youve got yourself a great car. Just look for rust on the rear fenders. Its very tipical for hondas to do that.
