What is a Pontiac Grand Prix GT2?

I know that there are four models for the Grand Prix's (Base, GT, GTP, GXP) and i understand that each model differs from the next. I'm curious as to what a Grand Prix GT2 is. How does it differ from a regular Pontiac Grand Prix GT and a Grand Prix GTP?
 
The GT2 if memory serves me right was a package level you got some more standard equipment over the GT. I thought it was phased out when they redid the packages. The year they did GT1 and GT2 the GT1 replaced the vase/SE package the GT2 would have power seats, better radio nicer rims. The GTP which was replaced by the GXP was a performance car bigger engine and a handling suspension for aggressive driving. Here is a good review of the GT's on car and drivers site.
