what is a photo static copy?

the ins asked me to make a photo static copy of a document. I went to Kinkos and they dont know what it is.

idiots at kinko dont even understand the photocopy process..the ins want you to photo copy, zerox, they do not want an electronically scanned document attached to an email. send them a hard copy. Copying machines use static to attract the toner to the paper, where it is fused by heat to the paper surface.

they mean duplicate,it's an old time word that was used alot in the 60's!

if you had a copy machine at home you can do it. why can't they do it?
