what is a new bike that's out now that is considered the latest bike?

color doesnt really matter to me i would like one with an adjutable seat that you dont need a rench for and one that can go off road.

30in the highst point of my handel bar minus the gear shift
25.5in of my front wheel in diameter.
the sticker on it shows- L 16"- (what ever that means)
this is the bike im currently riding.
im 5' 6'' and weight abouty 140 pounds and im 15

The L 16 on the frame is the frame size in inches. You want to visit the local bike shops and talk with them. The bike you want will depend on where you are going to ride it. Look at the mountain bikes for hard core off road or a pathway style bike for paths and trails. Google bike shops in your area and look up the manufacturer on the web.
