I'm not too sure but i believe merit based scholarships are based on your Psat scores?
if someone could further explain to me how it works and what are the chances of getting it and usually what scores does it take to get a merit based scholarship, it would help me bundles
also, i took it last year (soph year) i had no idea what the fuck a psat was but my counsellor made me do it and i got a 60 on reading, 55 in math and 54 in writing. My selection index was a 169*... apparently the * means that i didn't meet entry requirements. Was this because my scores weren't good enough or because i took it sophomore year? and are these scores ok?
