What is a harder Sport To Play At The High School Level? Football or Lacrosse?

Me and my friend are arguing and we are both in High School
he plays Lacrosse and I play the true man's game and I play Football
What i am asking is At the High School Level which sport is all around harder to play
(preferably one that plays both)
