What is a good workout plan for Army ROTC?

I just enrolled in Army ROTC at UNH. I'm looking forward to it but I want to be physically fit when I arrive. I'm already in pretty good condition, I played hockey and have a good physique. I'm looking to fulfill the requirements which require 42 push ups in 2 minutes, 53 sit ups in 2 min, and the 2 mile run. What would be a good workout routine to get ready for ROTC?
