I am an apple loyalist but simply cant make myself spend 300$ on a time capsule. I would not used its router abilities. So basically I am looking for an External Hard drive that is compatible with Time Machine and tops out price wise at around 150. I never have my current external attached to my mac and it would give me much more peace of mind it if just backed up wirelessly every week or so. I dont want to have to reformat the hd or jump through the fun hoops I have read about in the reviews of many of these products. If you know a decently priced mac friendly external hard drive speak up please!
