deviantart is very good place to share, thats my #1, then maybe flickr or photobucket... but deviantart is all about art and stuff. also for tips, hmmm... i would say buying books on how to take photos, sometimes you can find books on your camera which helps out alot cause its your camera specifically. hope this helps!

I dont know for sure, but I do know everything I steal for use elsewhere comes from Flickr.com. So if you want your photo's used without being paid for, make sure to put em on flickr.com, cause ill be sure to steal them first chance I get!!

Try DeviantArt or Flickr. Personally, I prefer Flickr, since the quality of work to browse through is generally higher, but on DeviantArt, you can often get critiques.
